Statistical and operational data of packaging machines

26 May 2010

Monitor and evaluate performance of packaging machines based on statistical and operational data! Packaging machines and dosing weighers Velteko store data, that are structured into 3 data packets, during the entire machine lifetime.

These data provide valued information about quantity of made bags, film consumption, weights of doses or list of defects, etc.

Data packets can be viewed directly on touch screen of each machine controlled by PC Beckhoff according to working shifts (up to 5 shifts) and various time intervals. Data can be exported in encoded version only via software VIZUAL and can be decoded by code keys.  In demo version you can try all the possibilities.

What do you learn from data packets?

  1. Basic statistics – number of bags, consumed film
  2. Operational events – routine: film end, …and extraordinary: defects
  3. Operational hours – moto hours of electrical drives,  stop/start of machine
  4. Monitoring – temperature of electrical cabinet, consumption of electrical energy.

  1. Basic statistics – dose weight with time of a dump, number of dose out of tolerance, average
  2. Operational event – chronological list of all events-defects
  3. Operational hours - moto hours of electrical drives,  stop/start of machine
  4. Monitoring - temperature of electrical cabinet.

  1. Basic statistics -  actual settings of weigher, list of last 1000 dumps
