Top loading of bags in standing position
For effective and fast group packing of bags into carton boxes case packers for loading of bags in standing position are used. Placing of bags in standing position into cartons is done by successive stacking of pairs of bags one after another.
The bags that come from packaging machine are placed on the conveyors with bag bottom oriented ahead and are transported to the entry conveyor of case packer. At the opposite end of case packer there is a handling conveyor that feeds cartons boxes prepared for filling. The bags are paired prior the putting into boxes to reach better interlocking.
The case packers for bag loading in standing position can be equipped with a carton erector on the input side and/or with a machine for carton closing on the output side. Case packers for placing of bags in standing position can be easily operated via touch screen of industrial PC.
