Dosers for packaging machines

The fillers are additional but necessary devices used with the packaging machines. They reliably fill up the bags with the goods and the upper parts of the bags are subsequently sealed or closed by the baggers.

The fillers handle products carefully and they are easily adjustable and easy to maintain and clean. There are following types of them: volumetric (friction or flap) fillers and screw dosers which are especially suitable for powder goods and dosing weighers (vibratory, belt and multi-head). The volumetric fillers also include special dosers for sauerkraut and pickle. The dosing machines are supplied as accessory equipment for the packaging machines, sporadically as separate devices, in case of feeding into lidded boxes (e.g. for washing powder), plastic buckets, large bags, etc.
