Bag closing unit US60

Bag closing machine US60 alias additional machine for packaging machines HSV101B FLEXIBLE is designed above all for forming of so called block bags. The unit very substantially increases the capacity of forming these bags on vertical form, fill and seal packaging machines VELTEKO.

Packing machine HSV101B FLEXIBLE makes not closed or partially closed bags with folded bottom from a film reel and passes them onto conveyor drivers of bag closing machine for further processing. The bags are filled by a doser during the process of their forming on VFFS machine.

Closing machine can shake down the content of the bag, form the bag it its final block shape, close the bag by seal, trim the edge of seal, fold the seal by 90° or 270° and seal up the fold with a label or with a melting adhesive.

Bag closer is controlled by the controlling system of bag maker with the common touch screen. Due to the modular design, it is very easily possible to set up the ancillary machine according to customer requirements that means to add or take out particular working station of the bag closing machine.

Labelling machine Willet LA 210 for sealing up the fold with a label was modified and provided for testing by company „JaGa spol. s r. o.“ and the labels were recommended and provided by company „PEMAX PRINT spol. s r. o.“
