Packaging machine HSV52 ECONOMIC, HSV 52 FLEXIBLE
Vertical form, fill and seal packaging machine HSV52 in two executions ECONOMIC and FLEXIBLE replaces former packing machine HSV50B made by company VELTEKO. New packaging machine has been designed as a modular system in order to set the packing machine together based on customer´s requirements starting from the basic and so cheaper execution and ending by more complex and more efficient execution. Modular design enables to shorten production and delivery time of the machine.
Economic vertical packaging machine
Bag maker HSV52 ECONOMIC represents, as already comes from its name, the cheaper execution for lower speed with cross sealing jaws driven by cams and asynchronous motor. Machine is operated via monochromatic touch screen 5,7" and controlled by industrial PC Beckhoff CX1000.
Flexible vertical packaging machine
Packaging machine HSV52 FLEXIBLE represents the higher speed execution. The machine is with servo driven cross sealing jaws and coloured touch screen 12“ that is integrated with industrial PC Beckhoff PC CP6210.
Advantages of packaging machines HSV52
Both executions of bag-making machines can be equipped with the same additional packaging devices (for ex. dosers, case pakers, composite schoulders). Mono films and shifted films and PE films can be used for packing on these packaging machines. Maximal bag bottom dimensions are 380 x 140 mm, length of bags is 100 : 600 mm (unlimited by multiple step). Maximal width of cross seal is 440 mm with range of bag width from 152 up to 440 mm.
Maximal width of film reel for VFFS machine HSV52 is 1100 mm and its maximal diameter is 450 mm. Core diameter can be 70–75 mm, on request 150–152 mm.
