Dataservice
Packaging machines VELTEKO are controlled by industrial computers. The control computer processes and stores large amount of data during machine operation. These data contains valuable information about the packaging process, as they describe machine operation (normal operating conditions, events and faults) and production of the machine (number of packages, film consumption, etc.).
The control computer continuously stores in its memory over 500 operating parameters and 300 operating events, which gives us approx 10 000 specific data in single shift operation of the packaging machine.
Data are available and processable during whole lifetime of the packaging machine.
All mentioned data are available on a terminal of the packaging machine. The most efficient way of processing saved data, is to export them from the machine’s terminal into a personnel PC.
Packaging machines Velteko are standardly equipped by VPN router, LAN port and USB ports enabling easier export data.
For easier and effective processing of exported data, Velteko has developed software tools and services named DATASERVICE.

Dataservice Support
Are you interested in reducing unexpected downtimes of your packaging machines?
Dataservice Support allows a secure on-line connection between your Velteko packaging machine and Velteko’s Service Center. This service can significantly speed up root cause of faults, it´s repair or reconfiguration machine in a very short time.

Do you know how quickly your operators exchange film roll?
Dataservice Visual is used for exporting data from your VELTEKO packaging machine into your personnel PC and following their statistical processing. Also enables data backup, create and edit programs (machine settings), and machine software upgrades.
